Posted August 12, 2018 09:05:38It’s been a few months since Grieg piano concerts were played at Red Rocks, and the band has already announced plans to play the event again next year.
Grieg’s guitarist and bassist Daniel McBain is set to headline a concert in late September.
According to a press release, the band will perform the Red Rocks’ first-ever concert in their home state of California.
McBain said on Twitter the band would “continue to be a band that makes people smile and is just amazing to listen to.
I’m very proud to be performing at Red Rock!”
Grieg will perform their first-off-Broadway show at the Red Rock Amphitheatre on September 2.
The band is already planning a second show, at a venue near their hometown in New Jersey in late 2018.
The band, which also includes McBaine, is based in Los Angeles.
McAfee said on his Instagram account: “It’s a beautiful and historic venue and I can’t wait to get back there for my second show in 2019.”
Grieg has also announced a series of dates in North America, including a performance at Madison Square Garden in New York on July 24.
