A new show in Denver has a lot going for it.
The Denver Symphony has teamed up with the Tiny Desk Concerts in Denver, who bring their own special set of instruments to the stage.
In addition to the “Fifty Acres,” which will feature the world-famous Buddy Holly’s classic hit “We Will Rock You,” there will also be a version of “Mama Tried” that has a live choir.
It’s not quite as catchy as “We’ll Rock You” but it’s also a lot of fun to listen to.
The Denver Symphony will also bring out their own version of the “Wings” from their “Buddy” show.
It was an unexpected highlight of the concert that night, and it’s something we hope to see more often on the road.
The Tiny Desk will host “Buddies,” which starts at 8 p.m. on Friday, June 14, at the Denver Theatre.
Tickets for that show are $35.
The concert begins at 7 p.mp4 on DirecTV.
