Michael Jackson’s final show on his new tour of Australia has been delayed.
The iconic singer is scheduled to perform a concert in Adelaide at Adelaide Opera House on May 10.
But in a statement posted to Facebook, the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra announced that “it has been decided that the concert is no longer feasible.”
The announcement comes after the singer had a busy summer with the world premiere of “Badlands” at the Melbourne Opera House and has also appeared in festivals such as “Rent” and “The Big Bang Theory.”
But Jackson’s manager, Jim Stacey, told the AP on Sunday that “this is not something that we are going to comment on right now.”
He said that the singer was in “very good spirits” and that “his performance is very exciting and we look forward to the show coming out as planned.”
